I am Shivateja Pabboju, a final-year LL.B. student at Damodaram Sanjivayya National Law University (DSNLU), Visakhapatnam. I am writing to express my interest in securing an internship opportunity at your esteemed office for the month of October 2026.
Through my internships at various courts and law offices, I have gained practical exposure to civil, criminal, constitutional, and corporate law matters. At the Office of the State Public Prosecutor, High Court of Telangana, I worked on bail, anticipatory bail, revision petitions, and criminal appeals, and drafted written submissions and counter-affidavits. As a Judicial Intern under District and Sessions Judges in Visakhapatnam and Khammam, I observed trial procedure and witness examination, worked on execution petitions under Order XXI CPC, and took part in Lok Adalat settlements. At the District Court, Siddipet, I assisted the Public Prosecutor on criminal trials involving fraud, theft, and property offences, and prepared cross-examination briefs from charge sheets and case diaries.
More recently, at Varuna Law Associates LLP, I worked on a defence procurement tender dispute before the Andhra Pradesh High Court, drafted Non-Collusive Affidavits for insolvency matters before the NCLT, advised on regulatory compliance for a fintech client on stablecoins/VDAs, and prepared a full transactional package for a real estate lease matter. I have also interned with Hubhopper, Delhi, reviewing contracts and creator agreements and researching IT Act and copyright compliance, and I engage with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 through the Centre for Alternative Dispute Resolution (CADR) at DSNLU.
